CenterView is not obliged and is currently not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.
After a specific consumer dispute has arisen, the consumer will be informed in text form about the competent conciliation body and whether CenterView will participate in the particular case where required by law.
The former European Union online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore not linked.
