Reseller terms
Additional terms for commercial resellers
1. Business customers only
Reseller services are offered only to persons acting in the course of business. CenterView may request business, identity and plausibility evidence.
2. Independent reseller
The reseller sells to end customers in its own name and for its own account and has no authority to represent CenterView. CenterView supplies the agreed technical platform and service functions.
3. End-customer obligations
The reseller is responsible for end-customer contracts, prices, mandatory information, terms, withdrawal notices, privacy information, invoices and taxes, and must clearly identify the contractual party.
4. Prices and wallet
Purchase prices are shown in the portal. Provisioning may require sufficient prepaid credit. Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not bear interest. CenterView may hold orders where coverage is insufficient.
5. Domains and providers
Domains are processed through the selected registrar and registry. The reseller must provide accurate end-customer data, consents and authority. Registry and registrar rules apply.
6. Data protection
The reseller is generally the controller for end-customer data. Where CenterView hosts data solely on the reseller's instructions, the CenterView data processing agreement applies. Registrars, registries and payment providers may act as independent controllers.
7. Support, branding and use
The reseller is the first support contact unless direct support is booked. It may use only brands and content for which it holds rights and must not imply authority or corporate affiliation with CenterView.
8. Term and liability
The agreement initially runs for twelve months and then indefinitely, terminable with one month's notice unless individually agreed otherwise. The general terms on suspension and liability apply. The reseller indemnifies CenterView against justified claims caused by its own end-customer contracts, content or privacy breaches.
