Acceptable use policy
Permitted use of CenterView services
The German version is authoritative for business customers in the event of a translation discrepancy. Mandatory consumer protection remains unaffected.
Purpose
This policy protects customers, third parties and CenterView infrastructure and applies to domains, DNS, hosting, email, databases, webspace, reseller and support functions.
Prohibited use
Illegal content, infringement, phishing, impersonation, malware, botnets, unauthorised attacks or scans, spam, unlawful advertising, open relays, abusive resource consumption, unauthorised mining and storage of stolen credentials or payment data are prohibited.
Security and enforcement
Customers must keep systems current, use secure authentication and report incidents. CenterView investigates substantiated abuse reports and uses proportionate measures; immediate suspension may occur in urgent cases. Reports may be sent to info@centerview.info.
